Your Defense Costs are Covered
Our program will pay legal fees and court costs for covered claims in addition to the applicable limit of liability, even if the suit is groundless, false or fraudulent. In addition, it provides payment for loss of earning of up to $10,000 per suit for attendance, at the Company's request, at a trial, hearing or arbitration proceeding. Reasonable expenses are included with this coverage.
Reimbursement for Licensing Board Defense Costs
Up to $5,000 per incident / $10,000 per policy period for any entity responsible for regulating your professional conduct or license, at no additional charge. We'll help you protect your license!
Deposition Expense Reimbursement
Up to $5,000 provided when you are required to attend a deposition involving your profession, but for which you are not a defendant.
First Aid Reimbursement
Up to $2,500 per policy aggregate to you , for the cost of medical supplies incurred as a result of your providing emergency medical services to another person.
Locum Tenens Coverage
Is now available at no extra charge. This provides coverage to another professional who temporarily assumes your duties and provides services on your behalf during your vacation or sick leave. The locum tenens shares in the limits of the professional being replaced.
Assault Coverage
Assault Coverage is included for on-the-job and travel to and from work with limits of $5,000 per assault / $10,000 policy aggregate.

An Individual Nursing Policy

Our Policy Holders Should Contact Us
When an incident occurs that may result in a claim, send us a factual report with the date, place, name of the injured person, other professional personnel involved and your daytime phone number.
